A two-and-a-half year-long investigation conducted by a number of law enforcement organizations in Jefferson and Erie counties has resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old Clifton Springs man on felony sex abuse charges.
Timothy Youngs, Junior, is accused of having sexual contact with three girls, all under 13, on several occasions from October 2019 to June 2020.
Youngs was jailed in Jefferson County and is expected to appear in a Watertown courtroom this afternoon.
