A Clifton Springs man is facing felony charges of burglary and conspiracy in Seneca County.
Lawrence Sullivan, III, is accused of conspiring with another person to unlawfully enter a home in the town of Tyre to steal a 65-inch television.
The 32-year-old was also charged with misdemeanor petit larceny and was sent to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
