A Clifton Springs man was arrested on Tuesday in connection with a December incident at Clifton Springs Hospital.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that 19-year-old Anthony Morales was charged with second-degree criminal mischief after allegedly causing $5,145 in damage to another person’s vehicle at the hospital on December 8.
Morales was transported to the Ontario County Jail for CAP Court and taken into custody.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
