A Clifton Springs man was arrested Sunday following a shoplifting complaint at the Dicks Sporting Goods store in Victor.
30-year-old Nathan Couse is accused of concealing merchandise valued at $119.98 and leaving the store without paying for it.
Couse was charged with petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
