Clifton Springs Man Accused of Calling Protected Party 80 Times

Police have arrested a Clifton Springs man after he allegedly made 80 phone calls to a person who had an active order of protection against him.

Timmy Perkins, Junior, is accused of making the phone calls between July 2nd and July 17th while he was an inmate at the Ontario County Jail. Due to prior convictions, each of the calls made by Perkins qualified as a felony.

Another man, 53-year-old Richard Mosure, of Clifton Springs, is alleged to have facilitated the contact between Perkins and protected party 66 times. Mosure was charged with two counts of criminal facilitation and was released on an appearance ticket.

Perkins was charged with aggravated family offense and sent back to Ontario County Jail without bail.
