An inmate at the Chemung County Jail has been arrested on a warrant issued out of Starkey Town Court.
The warrant was issued for James Farmer, Junior’s arrest stemming from an alleged incident on July 5th in Starkey that resulted in his arrest for criminal contempt.
Farmer was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
