An investigation into indecent photos being sent to a minor in Cayuga County resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Penn Yan man.
James Henderson was arrested after a search warrant was executed by Penn Yan Police, on behalf of State Police in Auburn, at his Water Street apartment.
Henderson was taken into custody on a charge of disseminating indecent materials to a minor.
