Cayuga County Deputies arrested a Fleming man on August 27 following a domestic incident.
Corey Foster was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, after deputies determined he intentionally damaged the victim’s cell phone during an argument.
The 46-year-old Foster was located at a residence in Springport, arrested, and processed at the Public Safety Building.
He is scheduled to appear in Fleming Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
