Police say a Canandaigua man is jailed on a charge of criminal sexual act.
19-year-old Dakota Murphy was arrested after he allegedly had oral sex with a person under the age of 13.
Following his arraignment, Murphy was sent to Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
