Canandaigua Police report the arrest of a Canandaigua woman on a trespass charge.
Carrie McChesney was arrested following the report of a disturbance at Lakeside Village Apartments on Jefferson Avenue. During the investigation, McChesney was found on the property after having been previously banned from the complex property.
McChesney was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
