A Canandaigua woman has been arrested on a charge of harassment for an alleged incident that happened in mid-July.
It is alleged that on July 19th, Nikki Bill sent alarming text messages to another person. It is further alleged the 40-year-old Bill drove by the other person’s house several times and then followed them in public.
Bill was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
