A Canandaigua woman was arrested during a STOP DWI checkpoint roadside investigation in the city of Canandaigua.
During the stop, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies report they determined Caroline Grasso was allegedly driving her car in an intoxicated condition. She was charged with DWI.
Further investigation revealed Grasso had been convicted of DWI in November of 2015, making this arrest a Felony.
Grasso will appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
