The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Canandaigua woman early Friday morning.
Deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated woman attempting to leave the Finger Lakes Gaming and Race Track in Farmington. Deputies were able to locate the car that matched the description provided in the area and conducted a vehicle and traffic stop.
According to deputies, Sally Cramb was found to be driving the car and during the investigation, she displayed several signs of intoxication. Cramb was subjected to field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested for DWI. She was brought to the Ontario County Jail where she refused to provide a breath sample to determine her blood alcohol content.
Cramb was being held at the Ontario County Jail pending CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
