A Canandaigua woman has a date in Hopewell Town Court after she was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on petit larceny charges.
Breanna Franklin is accused of placing $146.42 worth of merchandise inside of a backpack at the Walmart store in Canandaigua and didn’t scan of the items at the self-checkout kiosk she used.
Police say Franklin made no attempt to pay for merchandise before passing all points of sale.
