Canandaigua Woman Accused of Damaging Another Person’s Car

A Canandaigua woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal mischief.

The arrest of Alisha Atkinson stems from an investigation into a physical family trouble. It is alleged the 40-year-old Atkinson intentionally caused $463.00 worth of damage to the victim’s car.

Atkinson was arrested without incident and will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
