A traffic stop on State Route 332 in the town of Canandaigua early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Rochester woman.
The driver, Maija Heard, was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she consented to a datamaster chemical test to determine her blood alcohol content.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Heard was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or higher and speeding. Heard was released to a sober third party and will return to the Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
