A Canandaigua resident was arrested Saturday on a probation of violation warrant.
Lee Morgan was taken into custody without incident at their residence on State Routes 5 and 20 in Hopewell.
Morgan was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment at Ontario County Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
