After it is alleged that he assaulted a City of Canandaigua resident and damaged property during a domestic incident, Robert Doyle of Canandaigua has been arrested.
Doyle was arrested Nov. 6 by Canandaigua Police and charged with two counts of criminal mischief and assault. It is alleged that after the domestic incident and initial property damage, Doyle also damaged property belonging to a third party.
Doyle was processed without incident and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
Due to having a prior felony conviction history, Doyle was remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
