Charges have been filed against the driver of the car involved in an accident on County Road 30 at the intersection of Brace Road in Canandaigua on December 9th.
As a result of the investigation, it was determined that 28-year-old Nicholas Albert was intoxicated and under the influence of marijuana while driving. He was further charged with vehicular assault because a passenger in his car suffered serious injuries.
Albert was placed in CAP at the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
