A Canandaigua man has been charged with harassment after he allegedly sent an explicit image to a third party without permission.
Gregory Cooper was charged with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image. His arrest stems from a family trouble investigation.
The 54-year-old Cooper was brought to Ontario County Jail following his arrest to await processing.
