A Canandaigua man has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Gregory Sanna’s arrest stems from an October 19th traffic stop in the town of Canandaigua when he was found to be driving his car with a suspended registration. During the roadside investigation, Sanna was allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine.
Sanna was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
