A Canandaigua man is charged with DWI in Schuyler County.
Peter Rayburn was arrested following a traffic stop on County Road 16 in the town of Dix. Rayburn was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC above .08 and vehicle and traffic law violations.
Rayburn was released on an appearance ticket for the town of Dix Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
