A Canandaigua man was charged with drunken driving following an investigation into an ambulance assist at Roseland Bowling Alley.
It was determined that 60-year-old Douglas Muxworthy was found passed out in his running car by staff but then allegedly attempted to leave the scene by moving his car to another section of the parking lot.
Muxworthy was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.
