Canandaigua Police report the arrest of a 23-year-old Canandaigua man following the report of a disturbance at a Jefferson Avenue address.
Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Tobias Davis refused to leave another person’s home upon their request. Davis is then accused of engaging in an altercation with the person while in the presence of three children. Police say Davis fled the scene prior to their arrival and was later located at his home.
Davis was charged with criminal trespass and endangering the welfare of a child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
