A Canandaigua man has been arrested on a bench warrant issued by the Ontario County Supreme Court.
Shawn Faber is accused of failing to appear for a scheduled court appearance.
Faber was arrested at a location on State Route 332 in Canandaigua and was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
