A Canandaigua man has been arrested on a stalking charge.
According to Canandaigua Police, Charles Vohs, Jr., allegedly followed another person from a home outside of the city to a parking lot on West Avenue and attempted to block the person’s car with his own. The 46-year-old is then accused of getting out of his car and punching the victim’s driver’s side window several times.
Vohs was also charged with menacing and will answer the charges in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
