The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit arrested a Canandaigua man on Thursday afternoon on a violation of probation warrant.
Deputies say 32-year-old Kevin Cave was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held for arraignment.
Cave is expected to appear in Ontario County Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
