A Canandaigua man turned himself in at the Yates County Public Safety Building Monday on an active arrest warrant issued out of Potter Town Court.
Darrin Landers, Junior, was arrested on July 29th in the village of Rushville on a charge of criminal mischief.
Landers was taken to the Yates County Jail where he will await the next session of Yates County CAP Court.
