Canandaigua Police report the arrest of a local resident on five active bench warrants.
The warrants for 68-year-old O’Neil Lollis stemmed from his alleged failure to appear in court on several charges, including two counts of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, Trespass, Harassment in the Second Degree, and Disorderly Conduct.
Lollis was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he is currently awaiting arraignment on the outstanding warrants.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
