A Canandaigua man was arrested Tuesday on a Family Court Warrant.
38-year-old Daniel Hampton, Junior, was arrested without incident by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Hampton was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was held on bail.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
