A Canandaigua man was arrested by Canandaigua Police following a traffic stop on Eastern Boulevard.
23-year-old Thomas Serron was stopped after his car was spotted driving erratically by police. During the traffic stop, it was determined that Serron had been driving while in an intoxicated condition and arrested.
Serron was later released to a third part with an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
