The report of a disturbance at a West Avenue business in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a 20-year-old Canandaigua man
An investigation by City Police determined that during an argument with another male, Bartosh allegedly kicked a door causing damage to the door frame. Bartosh was placed under arrest for criminal mischief and later released on an appearance ticket.
Bartosh is due in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
