A Canandaigua man was arrested Wednesday night by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Parole.
It is alleged that parole officers found Clement Hill in possession of a controlled substance. The 39-year-old was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Hill was released on an appearance ticket for Gorham Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
