A Canandaigua man was arrested on Saturday following the investigation into a reported family trouble at Timberline Drive in the town of Canandaigua.
After investigating the incident, 32-year-old Christopher Driscoll was placed under arrest for grand larceny
Driscoll was transported to the Ontario County Jail to be held for CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
