The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 39-year-old Canandaigua man on a bench warrant issued out of Canandaigua Town Court.
The bench warrant for Jacob McClung was issued for his alleged failure to appear in Canandaigua Town Court on August 8th for traffic and vehicle violations.
McClung was arrested at his home and taken to Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
