A Canandaigua man is facing drug charges following an early morning traffic stop in Ontario County.
During the roadside investigation, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say they discovered Michael French to be in possession of cocaine. In addition to criminal possession of a controlled substance, French was charged with speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to signal.
French was issued UTTs along with an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
