Canandaigua police arrested 29-year-old Justin Perrin of Canandaigua following a reported disturbance on Camelot Drive.
Authorities say Perrin allegedly punched another person in the stomach. He was taken into custody on a harassment charge and released on an appearance ticket.
Perrin is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
