A Canandaigua man was arrested on Sunday following an investigation into a vehicle and traffic stop conducted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
32-year-old Michael Bradley was pulled over by deputies for multiple traffic infractions. During their roadside investigation, deputies determined Bradley was found to be driving the car in an intoxicated condition while having a prior DWI conviction in 2019. After being taken into custody, Bradley provided a breath sample, which reportedly yielded a BAC nearly three times the legal limit.
Bradley was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or more, all felonies.
Bradley is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court later this month to answer the charges
