27-year-old Noah Anderson, of Canandaigua, was arrested on Thursday by deputies with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for driving while intoxicated.
Authorities say the arrest followed a single-vehicle crash on County Road 28. Deputies report that Anderson failed to maintain his lane, drove into a ditch, and struck both a culvert and an electrical box attached to a telephone pole.
Anderson was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
