Canandaigua Police have arrested 45-year-old Thomas Davis of Canandaigua after he allegedly damaged a neighbor’s car last month.
Investigators say Davis cracked the windshield and slashed the tires with a knife while at a residence on September 19th. The damage totaled more than $250.
Davis, who is a predicate felon, is charged with criminal mischief and was taken to the Ontario County Jail after arraignment. He’s due back in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
