A Canandaigua man has been arrested on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child charges following the investigation into a family trouble.
It is alleged Tori Jesmer got into a physical disturbance throwing things around the home and at one point putting his hand around the victim’s neck with the intent to impede normal breathing. Police say the alleged incident occurred in front of three children under the age of 17.
Jesmer was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
