A Canandaigua man was arrested on unlawful imprisonment charges following the report of a disturbance at a residence in the city of Canandaigua.
According to City Police, it was determined Lakwon Hill held down and struck another person at a home on Davidson Avenue.
Hill was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment following his arrest.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
