A Canandaigua man was charged with harassment following the report of a disturbance at a Clark Street address in the Ontario County city.
39-year-old Christopher Vanderwall is accused of threatening to kill another person during a verbal argument.
Vanderwall was placed under arrest and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
