A Canandaigua man has been arrested for allegedly threatening to burn down the Ontario County Complex.
20-year-old Jacob Bartosch was charged with falsely reporting an incident.
Following his arraignment, Bartosch was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.
