A Canandaigua man has been arrested for allegedly stealing $154.94 worth of merchandise from the Lowe’s store in Canandaigua.
In addition to the petit larceny charge. 33-year-old Charles Osterhout also had pending charges on him for burglary stemming from an incident that happened next door at the Canandaigua Walmart on August 28th.
At last word from the Sheriff’s Office, Osterhout was being held at the Ontario County Jail.
