The investigation into the report of an intoxicated man at a Camelot Drive address in the City of Canandaigua led to the arrest of a 20-year-old Canandaigua man.
An investigation by Canandaigua Police determined that Jacob Bartosh was intoxicated to the extent that he could not care for himself during the investigation. Bartosh is also accused of spitting on and kicking at the officers. Bartosh was charged with harassment.
Bartosch was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
