A Canandaigua man was arrested Tuesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of petit larceny.
Derek Meyer is accused of taking $73.25 worth of items at the Canandaigua Walmart store, passing all points of sale and not rendering payment.
Meyer was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.
