An incident at the Target store in Victor Sunday night resulted in the arrest of a 36-year-old Canandaigua man.
It was determined Joseph Falbo had left the store with $256.90 worth of merchandise he did not attempt to pay for. Falbo was taken into custody without incident and charged with falsifying business records and petit larceny.
Falbo will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
