A Canandaigua man has been arrested following the investigation of what police said were ongoing drug sales emanating from his apartment.
It is alleged that Marcis Worboys was allegedly found to have crack cocaine in his possession with the intent to sell it. The 32-year-old was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his residence by Canandaigua Police and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Following arraignment, Worboys was released on an appearance ticket. Additional charges against him are pending.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
