A Canandaigua man was arrested Sunday after it was determined during a traffic stop by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office that he was driving on a license that was suspended with 15 scoffs on six dates.
Anthony Cructcher was taken into custody following the traffic stop on State Route 332 at Clover Meadow Lane in the town of Farmington.
Cructcher was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
